LE POTAGER RESTAURANT AND VEGETABLE GARDEN
Le Potager restaurant was focused on the vegetable garden and local farmers and producers and fish from the Mediterranean sea. The essence was the freshness of produce. For example, the tomatoes were picked just before lunch and were still warm from the sunlight as we plated them for lunch with a lovely dressing and fillet of just caught fish on top, it’s all you need to do. Sometimes the biggest pleasure of my experience of Provence was this style of cooking and leisure. You could have lunch then dive into the pool have a sleep under the trees and then an aperitif whilst having a stroll around the grounds and the vegetable gardens and prepared yourself for dinner. It was a true pleasure.
